How we approach it
We build primarily on N8N for its flexibility and self-hosting options, and GoHighLevel for teams centralizing marketing, sales, and client communication in one platform. The technology is the easy part. The engineering work is designing workflows that handle the edge cases: what happens when an API is down, when data arrives malformed, when two triggers fire at once.
Most automation failures we're brought in to fix weren't obvious until they'd been silently dropping data for weeks. We build in monitoring and alerting from the start, so if a workflow breaks, you know immediately, not when a client complains that their follow-up never happened.
