Our approach
We built a Flutter-based mobile app with a Node.js API backend and reporting console, supporting fully offline capture of dispatch data, wallet transactions, and penalties, with automatic sync and conflict resolution when connectivity returns.
The result
Reconciliation time dropped from hours to minutes, manual errors fell sharply, and over 100 field staff now run dispatch operations from areas with poor or no connectivity.
