AI tools on this site

Project X-Ray, the live AI demo and the site assistant send what you type to our AI model provider (OpenAI) to generate a response. We do not store Project X-Ray briefs or reports unless you choose to send them to our team. The live AI demo keeps the website address you enter, the questions asked and, if you add it, your email. Please do not enter passwords, keys or customer data into these tools.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (if provided), and the contents of your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our client relationships.

How we use your information

We use information submitted through our contact and demo forms to respond to your request. We do not sell or rent those contact details. On our MedSpa AI landing page, Meta receives advertising measurement data as described below unless you opt out; we do not send your form answers to Meta Pixel.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic. On the MedSpa AI landing page, we also use Meta Pixel to measure visits from our ads and demo requests. A notice on that page tells you about it when you arrive. Meta Pixel is on unless you opt out, and it stays off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, which we treat as an opt-out. If your browser is set to a European time zone, Meta Pixel stays off until you choose Accept.

Under some US state laws, including California's, sharing this data with Meta for advertising can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information. To opt out of this sharing, choose Opt out in the notice or under Your privacy choices on the landing page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Your opt-out is remembered on that browser and doesn't expire, and you can still request a demo. You can also email us to opt out.

When enabled, Meta Pixel measures landing-page visits and newly accepted demo requests. It can send standard browser/device, page and cookie information to Meta, including IP address and advertising identifiers. We disable automatic event configuration and do not supply email addresses, business website URLs, names, phone numbers, form answers or chat messages as Pixel event data. Tracking is not enabled on private demo, status or call-request pages.

Campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term) and an available Facebook click identifier (fbclid) may be saved with your submitted demo request for first-party campaign attribution. Browser session storage of those tags is used only while Meta Pixel is on. We remember your choice on your browser and honor changes at any time; opting out removes Meta's cookies (_fbp and _fbc) from your browser.

Demo requests and AI demos

When you request a demo or walkthrough, we store your clinic name, website, your name, email, optional phone number, state, optional booking software and the time you gave consent to be contacted. We use this only to respond to your request. We send one confirmation email through our email provider, Brevo, and do not add you to any mailing list.

Questions typed into our sample clinic demo are sent to OpenAI to help phrase answers and are not stored by us with any identifier. The demo is not designed for personal or health information, so please do not enter any. We only use public information from a clinic's website to build a personalized preview.
